Application Support Analyst

Overview

Role involves providing technical support for Elite's 3E software to assist law firms.

Ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in technical support with a strong understanding of GAAP.

Unable to hire employees located in Quebec or Ontario Provinces, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Louisiana, and Oklahoma

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of GAAP
• 2+ years in technical, financial, accounting, or customer service
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Finance, or Accounting

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Elite 3E software
• Document service requests
• Provide technical support
• Communicate complex processes
• Collaborate with team
• Maintain software expertise
• Troubleshoot remotely
• Help clients with accounting practices
