Responsibilities

  • Organize adaptation of new specialists
  • Plan and monitor specialists
  • Conduct internal and outgoing interviews
  • Maintain HR records
  • Advise managers on personnel management
  • Conduct consultations and trainings
  • Implement HR surveys
  • Monitor team states to prevent risks
