Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Develop customer journeys and workflows
• Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
• Lead product design and discovery phases
• Define user flows and interactive prototypes
• Utilize design systems for high-fidelity mockups
• Validate design solutions through testing
• Partner with cross-functional teams
