Principal Support Engineer responsible for managing Postgres databases and providing client support.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience with strong knowledge of Greenplum and data warehousing concepts.

This role can be located 100% remotely, in Australia

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience
• 7+ years in Data Warehouse solutions
• 2+ years scripting experience
• 2+ years programming experience
• Experience mentoring junior engineers
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to create technical documentation

• Provide technical leadership
• Manage multiple issues
• Lead Support Services Analytics pod
• Escalate unresolved issues
• Test troubleshooting strategies
• Troubleshoot Postgres issues
• Create technical documentation
