Proposal Developer

Overview

Role involves supporting business development by creating and updating proposals and sales documentation.

Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in the CRO/Pharmaceutical field and strong proposal development skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in CRO/Pharmaceutical field preferred
• Experience in sales, marketing, and/or proposal development
• Knowledge of drug development process preferred

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze client RFIs, RFPs, and project-related documents
• Draft proposals and responses to customer RFIs
• Prepare final proposal documents
• Develop and maintain proposal templates and content library
• Lead utilization of Loopio RFI software
• Provide ad hoc sales and business development support
• File proposal-related documentation
• Participate in refining the proposal process
