Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design process of new features
• Conduct user research and data analysis
• Craft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders
• Maintain design system for consistency
• Guide and mentor junior designers
