  • Develop and execute sales operations strategy
  • Oversee forecasting and performance analytics
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and other departments
  • Lead and scale Sales Operations team
  • Implement and optimize sales technologies
  • Create compensation structures and incentive plans
  • Ensure accuracy of sales data and reporting
  • Drive change management initiatives
