• 8+ years of experience in a related role
• Customer-facing experience required
• Hands-on development experience in cloud infrastructure
• Working knowledge of desktop applications
• Extensive experience with REST APIs and JSON
• Consultative or development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Python
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Drive customer retention and expansion
• Increase customer understanding of technical functionality
• Develop partnerships with strategic customers
• Translate business and technical requirements
• Lead customer interactions with executives
• Execute customizations and configurations
• Participate in UAT sessions
• Mentor other team members
