Requirements

  • Associate's degree required
  • 2+ years of Technical Software/IT Support experience
  • Experience with programming languages preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of APIs
  • Experience using Postman and SQL database
  • Experience creating troubleshooting documentation

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated cases
  • Serve as technical owner for new customer integrations
  • Leverage documentation and partner with Development team
  • Provide feedback to Level 1 Support team
  • Provide technical expertise on client calls
