Overview

Role involves supporting compliance and regulatory matters for Dlocal's operations in APAC.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance and is fluent in English.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in law, compliance, finance or similar
• 5+ years in regulatory or compliance role
• Fluent in English
• Experience in international company or law firm
• Highly analytical with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support compliance and regulatory matters
• Provide legal expertise on regulations
• Advise internal teams on regulatory requirements
• Liaise with stakeholders for compliance
• Draft company policies and processes
• Maintain compliance calendar
• Assess AML & CFT regulations
• Create awareness of regulatory requirements
