  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure environments
  • Strong understanding of system and networking concepts
  • Good knowledge of Linux
  • Experience in 24x7 production operations

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support through tickets, chat, and emails
  • Monitor abuse reports and alerts
  • Assist with reporting and process improvements
  • Diagnose technical issues
  • Meet SLAs and support KPIs
  • Answer complex queries
  • Work in a 24/7 environment
