  • Manage a portfolio of 250-300 clients
  • Drive growth through upselling
  • Prevent churn
  • Maintain high NPS
  • Develop relationships with users
  • Manage renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Relay customer feedback to product teams
  • Create customer-related content
