Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 5-7 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Strong understanding of full cycle accounting and project financials

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly Board reporting
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment
• Develop financial reporting packages
• Collaborate with Discipline Leads
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards
• Lead budgeting and reforecasting processes
• Perform variance analysis
• Streamline reporting processes
