• Proven track record in lead gen workflows
• Hands-on experience automating B2B workflows
• Technical skills in Python/SQL
• Experience working in-house, not as a consultant

• Execute and manage outbound campaigns
• Leverage technical proficiency for growth automation
• Ensure systems and campaigns scale effectively
• Perform detailed data analysis and reporting
