Requirements

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven experience as accounting supervisor
• Hands-on experience with accounting software

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor accounting team
• Oversee month-end and year-end close
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with Czech Accounting Standards
• Communicate with auditors and tax authorities
• Monthly VAT reporting
• Improve accounting controls
• Collaborate with other teams
