• 3+ years managing sales teams
• Familiarity with DSPs and digital media platforms
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce
• Experience with sales methodologies

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of Advertising Account Directors
• Support reps in complex sales cycles
• Deliver coaching and development plans
• Partner cross-functionally for go-to-market execution
• Contribute to forecasting and reporting
• Drive adoption of advertising playbook
• Shape team structure and future hiring
• Expand the team from 5 to 6-7 ADs
