• Knowledge of programming/econometrics software preferred
• Business-level English skills required

Responsibilities

• Work with public sector leaders to define theory of change
• Build and operate systems for data collection
• Assess and evaluate programs for greater impact
• Facilitate effective meetings and workshops
• Collect, manage, and analyze data for insights
• Model data to identify patterns and forecast trends
• Communicate complex problems clearly
• Prioritize and manage projects
