  • Design benefits processes for scaling
  • Build and lead brokerage strategy
  • Negotiate partnerships for cost optimization
  • Design launch roadmap for benefits
  • Collaborate on scalable benefits solutions
  • Manage P&L for benefits unit
  • Optimize costs and revenue
