Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee CSR and QA processes
• Conduct daily audits and provide coaching
• Ensure timely and accurate file processing
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating depositions
• Participate in issue resolution
• Ensure adherence to client instructions
