Customer-facing role managing project and deployment tasks for CyberSheath clients.

Ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in System Administration with strong knowledge of Microsoft systems.

Must be a U.S. Citizen and reside within the United States or its Territories

• Proven experience with Office 365 migrations

Responsibilities

• Assist with project and deployment tasks
• Engage clients to understand architecture
• Implement CyberSheath solutions
• Perform migrations to Office 365 and Azure
• Design secure cloud solutions
• Track activities in Service Desk
• Communicate with clients
• Collaborate to troubleshoot issues
