Role responsible for overseeing security service performance and customer experience in a global SOC.

Ideal candidate has 2-3+ years in cybersecurity with strong knowledge of security operations and excellent bilingual communication skills.

• Manage quality assurance of GSOC operations
• Interface with customers and stakeholders
• Guide onboarding meetings for key customers
• Develop and manage Global SOC data analysis
