Ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in regulatory compliance related to digital assets and crypto trading platforms.

• Hold registration as an Approved Person under CIRO or be willing to become one

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance efforts
• Update compliance policies
• Provide updates to Senior Management
• Manage compliance training
• Collaborate with stakeholders
• Advise on product development
• Oversee complaints and marketing materials
• Support CCO with regulatory exams
