Requirements

• Experience in Finance or Billing preferred
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
• Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• MUST be amenable to work in US Timezone

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for outstanding invoices
• Send emails for invoicing and late fees
• Create and send invoices
• Assist clients with billing inquiries
• Process automatic payments
• Manage delinquent client collections
• Monitor inbound ACHs
• Handle client deposits
