Responsibilities

  • Hire and develop SDR talent
  • Build data-driven outbound and inbound strategy
  • Foster a winning culture
  • Motivate team with incentives
  • Uplevel SDRs into future AEs
  • Report on SDR KPIs
  • Partner with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales
