Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Degree in Business, IT or relevant field
• Previous experience in insurance required

Responsibilities

• Identify business problems and develop analytical solutions
• Plan and design business processes and system modifications
• Gather and document business requirements
• Create test case scenarios and oversee testing
• Develop business requirements documents/user stories
• Support QA, UAT and Release phases
• Assist in providing time estimates for project tasks
• Update process and procedural documentation
