Requirements

• 8+ years experience as Backend Engineer
• 2+ years in senior or management role
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate
• Experience with RESTful API design
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Knowledge of web security best practices
• Experience with performance optimization
