Requirements

• 5-7 years experience as a technical writer or application developer
• Experience with docs-as-code workflow
• Experience with databases and application development
• Experience with Mobile programming languages
• Experience with Cloud/SaaS/complex distributed systems
• Bachelor's degree in Tech/Computer Science or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Continuous Integration testing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Write documentation, tutorials, and release notes
• Learn about the product by using the software
• Collaborate with stakeholders for documentation
• Incorporate and test code samples
• Engage with Support Engineers for feedback
• Write clearly in American English
