  • Conduct outreach in the San Gabriel Valley
  • Support program planning and coordination
  • Navigate community resources
  • Lead community listening sessions
  • Coordinate program schedules and agendas
  • Deliver welfare interventions
  • Collect and report health data
  • Other duties as assigned
