• Experience migrating native mobile apps to Flutter

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of native apps to Flutter
• Build community of mobile engineers
• Contribute to feature development
• Drive organizational shift to mobile-first
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams
• Mentor mobile engineers
• Establish high standards for mobile development
• Drive collaboration and knowledge-sharing
