Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with automotive customers
  • Drive onboarding and training
  • Support customers with AI tools
  • Resolve issues independently
  • Monitor customer health and identify risks
  • Coordinate success planning and renewals
  • Contribute to the Auto vertical playbook
