Overview

Role involves providing Level 1 & 2 Help Desk support and managing IT resources for the Executive Office for the United States Attorneys.

Ideal candidate should have 1+ year experience with Adobe Connect and familiarity with ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 Help Desk support
  • Conduct IT inventories
  • Create procedural documentation
  • Set up conference and training rooms
  • Submit status reports
  • Train end-users
  • Utilize online meeting applications
  • Maintain user accounts
