Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Experience with Litigation Support principles
  • Experience with Litigation Support systems development
  • Familiarity with Technical documentation methods
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with Litigation support databases
  • Experience with Discovery processing hardware and software

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and analytical assistance for litigation support
  • Coordinate litigation support services
  • Install and maintain litigation support equipment
  • Ensure systems availability and integrity
  • Implement security policies and procedures
  • Provide customer support and training
  • Diagnose and resolve customer-reported incidents
  • Perform related duties as assigned
