Requirements

  • Experience with Litigation Support principles
  • Experience with Litigation Support systems development
  • Familiarity with Systems security methods
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with Litigation support databases
  • Familiarity with Quality control of incoming data

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and analytical assistance
  • Coordinate litigation support services
  • Ensure systems availability and integrity
  • Install and maintain litigation support hardware/software
  • Resolve hardware/software issues
  • Implement security policies
  • Provide customer support services
  • Diagnose and resolve customer-reported incidents
