  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • 1+ years in technical service-oriented position preferred
  • 1+ years troubleshooting Windows and Linux servers preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist partners in diagnosing product issues
  • Provide support via email, phone, chat
  • Document partner interactions and troubleshooting
  • Identify and escalate trending issues
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles
  • Manage a queue of support cases
  • Communicate new release features to partners
  • Evaluate business data for optimization opportunities
