Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales support
• Manage sales calls
• Oversee indirect CSP renewals
• Upselling and Cross-Selling licenses
• Maintain product knowledge
• Act as point of contact for clients
• Generate quotes
• Maintain relationships with vendors
