Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in IT Helpdesk
  • Experience with Active Directory and Group Policies
  • Expertise in Office 365 applications
  • Experience with ConnectWise or similar tools
  • Microsoft and Azure certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Act as escalation point for Level 1 technicians
  • Troubleshoot Windows, MacOS, Microsoft 365 issues
  • Conduct end-user training
  • Ensure proper ticket documentation
  • Meet SLA response and resolution times
  • Assist with new client onboarding
  • Participate in client audits
  • Document solutions in knowledge base
