Act as escalation point for Level 1 technicians Troubleshoot Windows, MacOS, Microsoft 365 issues Conduct end-user training Ensure proper ticket documentation Meet SLA response and resolution times Assist with new client onboarding Participate in client audits Document solutions in knowledge base
