Requirements

  • Current Microsoft certifications
  • Extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting support issues
  • Ability to support network switches, routers and firewalls

Responsibilities

  • Create/Change/Remove users
  • Administer routers and switches
  • Troubleshoot email and Office365 issues
  • Monitor and maintain backups
  • Set up OneDrive access
  • Make security and group policy changes
  • Troubleshoot general service issues
  • Enrol devices into Microsoft Intune
