• Experience using Bluebeam
• Experience using Microsoft suite

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents
• Prepare bill of quantities
• Request quotations from suppliers
• Identify risks and opportunities
• Prepare construction methodologies
• Complete drainage take-off sheet
• Vetting of tenders
• Present at tender interviews
