Responsibilities

  • Act as primary tech support contact
  • Provide remote support across EMEA
  • Configure and troubleshoot software applications
  • Assist with audio/video conferencing
  • Deliver training to new hires
  • Respond to technical issues
  • Maintain service records
  • Provide out-of-hours support
