Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product/brand design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clarity and usability
• Experience mentoring or managing designers
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Familiarity with data-rich tools
• Fluency in Figma and modern design tools

Responsibilities

• Own and execute design work across product and brand
• Set high standards for craft and clarity
• Help recruit and mentor designers
• Ensure understanding of user needs
• Maintain consistent design language
• Evolve design systems
• Leverage customer research for design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
