Requirements

• 2-3 years experience with custom spreadsheet models
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent data management skills
• Ability to track Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• 1-2 years experience measuring productivity metrics
• Ability to identify trends and risks
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility in ambiguous situations

Responsibilities

• Create staffing notifications
• Project staffing level requirements
• Conduct daily meetings with management
• Track and analyze performance trends
• Aid in process development
• Assist in creating process flows
• Identify risks and opportunities
• Develop presentation materials
