Requirements

• BS/BA in psychology or related field
• 4+ years clinical trial management experience
• 2+ years direct supervisory experience
• Understanding of neuropsychological tests
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage phase I-IV clinical trials
• Collaborate on rater training materials
• Direct work of Rater Training Associates
• Maintain project task delivery
• Communicate project deliverables
• Support bid defenses and proposals
• Lead Rater Services team
• Mentor project management team members
