• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Preferred experience in decentralized clinical trials or telehealth
• Preferred experience with geriatric patients

Responsibilities

• Document and administer telehealth assessments
• Ensure smooth delivery of patient experience
• Maintain participant satisfaction ratings
• Address challenges related to remote assessments
• Promote collaboration among teams and stakeholders
• Support process improvement efforts
• Adhere to GCP and regulatory guidelines
• Administer questionnaires to clinical trial participants
