• Ability to read and write SQL

Responsibilities

• Provide service for Self-Service and Enterprise customers
• Support various deployment models
• Develop technical expertise in CockroachDB
• Recognize patterns in customer issues
• Partner with teams to guide improvements
• Develop Runbooks & Playbooks
• Participate in Follow-The-Sun model
• Reproduce technical issues for resolution
