Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Help Desk tickets
  • Manage user account lifecycle
  • Assist with onboarding new hires
  • Maintain accurate records in Asset Management
  • Create and update documentation
  • Handle requests for Box folders
  • Securely erase storage media
  • Collect assets from terminated employees
