• Experience in fintech or financial institutions
• Fluency in Portuguese and Advanced English
• Strong technical knowledge
• Familiarity with Type 3 financial conglomerates
• Experience with AI in compliance workflows

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Open Finance regulations
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
• Identify and report compliance risks
• Develop policies and internal controls
• Act as main contact with regulatory entities
• Map and implement regulatory requirements
