• 7 years of nonprofit accounting experience
• CPA or equivalent experience
• 3 years of people/project management experience
• Experience with multi-entity accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Ability to communicate complex financial information
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting functions for 3 entities
• Design and implement internal controls
• Manage month-end and year-end procedures
• Run payroll and manage tax compliance
• Prepare regular financial reports
• Contribute to annual financial audit
• Manage the accounting team
• Assist with budget preparation
