• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian Accounting and Tax
• Advanced English and Lithuanian
• Experience in international consolidation
• Leadership and communication skills
• Deep experience with Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with Rivile accounting system

• Set up accounting standards
• Manage group consolidation
• Implement consolidation software
• Develop transfer pricing policy
• Manage cash flow
• Assure quality of accounting services
