• Drive initiatives to enhance developer experience
• Design, build, and maintain core software tools
• Collaborate in defining and implementing golden paths for service building
• Participate in architectural discussions
• Provide feedback to enhance development workflows
• Manage small to medium-sized projects
• Communicate complex technical information
• Mentor less experienced team members
