Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements
• Maintain and develop reports and dashboards
• Support design and maintenance of Salesforce BI tools
• Drive migration from CRM Analytics to Tableau
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Provide training and support to end-users
